MY BBQ SAUCE

Ingredient:

Tumeric Powder
Fresh Garlic and Ginger puree
Olive oil
2tbs of aged Balsamic Vinegar
Pineapple juice
Red Chilli Powder
3 tbs of Molasses
3 tbs of Ketchup
1 tbs of Cumin Powder
2 tbs of dijon mustard
2 Yellow Onions finely chopped
1 tbs of Soy Sauce
1 Lemon Zest
Salt and Pepper for taste

Preparation
In a pan heat some olive oil. Saute the onions and ginger garlic puree. Add the pineapple juice, tumeric powder, red chilli powder, ketchup, cumin powder and soy sauce. Bring to to a boil, will take you around 5 mins. Put everything in a blender and put the molasses and dijon mustard. After the blender put it in a bowl to chill in the refrigerator. When marinating your meat, use a lemon zest as it adds more flavor to the sauce. I made this sauce this morning and it tastes amazing. Can use it with pork or chicken.
